Partnering with Fisher Productions, our brief was to create a lavish once-in-a-lifetime event with a budget of £27million. For three days of celebrations, across six venues, in and around the prestigious alpine resort of St Moritz and surrounding mountains, we created a living fairy tale.

Our team was responsible for project management and technical production covering nine structures, many transported up the mountain to site via helicopter, all with just two months lead time.

Project Highlights

Setting up an array of activities on a frozen lake presents a unique set of production challenges, adding a different dimension to services like costing, procurement and health & safety.

Guests enjoyed dog sledging, ice cricket, and a Bollywood Skating performance, followed by an ‘Ice Ball’ finalé featuring Chris Martin of Coldplay and the Chainsmokers within the grounds of the Grand Kempinski Hotel.

Pre-wedding? One can only wonder at the scale of the wedding itself.
